ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a specialist piling and civil contractor in NSW.

Main Duties

- Lead and maintain effective Quality Management System across the company
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, certifications and client requirements
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies that support business performance and customer satisfaction
- Drive improvement initiatives across project and operational activities.
- Manage quality audits, inspections, corrective actions and compliance initiatives
- Provide strategic advice to management regarding quality, compliance, risk and business improvement opportunities
- Support the achievement and maintenance of ISO accreditation and certification requirements

Requirements





- 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory experience in heavy industrial construction or machinery erection.
- Certifications: Relevant trade certificate (e.g., Mechanical Fitting, Rigging, or Heavy Equipment Operation) alongside high-risk work licenses (e.g., Crane, Dogging, or Rigging).
- Strategic quality management and leadership
- Quality Management Systems and Improvement methodologies.
- ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Integrated Management Systems
- Internal and external auditing methodologies.
- Robust organisational and project management skills
