The role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity working night duty 21:30 - 0715 on the following rostered days:

- Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Reporting to the Care Manager,



you’ll provide high-quality clinical nursing care to residents while playing an important leadership role within the care team. You will:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care in line with best-practice nursing standards
- Take the lead on shift, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to our personal care team
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Support a positive, safe and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues
- Apply your clinical judgement and expertise to identify and respond to changing resident needs
- Follow clinical, safety and organisational policies and procedures

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for an RN who combines robust clinical capability with genuine warmth and compassion. You’ll have:

- Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- 2+ years’ nursing experience, ideally including aged care
- Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related health conditions
- The confidence to coach, mentor and support care staff
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills
- A positive, collaborative approach and competent IT skills
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
