About the Role

Reporting to the Manager Schedules and Analytics, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and ongoing management of charter operations and flight schedules while ensuring operational feasibility, cost efficiency, and outstanding customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assessing and evaluating charter opportunities alongside the Commercial team
- Assisting with charter quoting and developing cost-effective operational solutions
- Ensuring charter and schedule requests are operationally feasible
- Coordinating airports, slots, permits, ground handling, refuelling, catering, accommodation, transport, and other service providers
- Liaising directly with clients to ensure charter requirements are delivered as agreed
- Developing and distributing crew and stakeholder briefing documentation
- Managing slot applications, movement requests, and operational approvals
- Maintaining accurate schedules within flight scheduling systems




- Communicating schedule changes and operational updates to stakeholders
- Supporting seasonal and long-term schedule planning initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and operational performance

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive and organised aviation professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You'll be a strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing competing priorities while delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes.

The ideal candidate will:

- Experience in airline operations, scheduling, charter coordination, crew management, or a similar operational role

Strong understanding of airline operations, aviation regulations, airport operations, and operational constraints

Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and airline operational systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders

Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment





Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver successful operational outcomes

Commitment to safety, compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement
