Early Childhood Educator - Diploma Casual

About the role
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Casual Diploma Educator to be part of an exciting recent integrated team at our Knox Children and Family Centres.
The Diploma Qualified Educator is required to work collaboratively across Family and Children's Services to provide high quality early childhood education and care, meeting the individual needs and interests of children and families. In addition, Diploma Qualified Educators will prepare and implement educational programs for children aged 0-6 years within the guidelines of the National Quality Framework.
This is a Band 4 classified casual role with an hourly rate ranging from $48.37 to $51.39 plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
What you will bring to this role
The key selection criteria for this role are:
- Demonstrated understanding of National Education & Care Services National Regulations, Education & Care Services National Law Act and National & Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Frameworks.
- Commitment to providing high quality Education and Care programs.
- Diploma of Early childhood Education and Care or equivalent is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with adults and children
We are looking for a team player who enjoys their work and is keen to contribute to a positive work environment.
This position may be required to work across our two Hubs in Wantirna South and Bayswater.

(Knox Children and Family Centres Wantirna South and Bayswater) are modern state of the art, purpose-built facilities designed to bring together different kinds of services for children and families in one location. Services offered include Long Day Care, Kindergarten, Maternal Child Health and Playgroup.
