Following the success of our Aspendale location, Fade Lab Frankston is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for experienced barbers who want to join a professional, supportive and ambitious team.

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced barbers who are confident behind the chair, passionate about their craft and take pride in consistently delivering high-quality work.

You’ll be joining our Frankston team in a modern, premium shop with a growing and loyal customer base.

We want barbers who enjoy what they do, work well within a team and want to be part of a workplace where quality and customer experience come first.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, skin fades, tapers and beard services

- Provide an excellent customer experience

- Build strong relationships with new and returning clients

- Maintain a clean and professional workstation

- Work confidently and efficiently in a busy environment

- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

- Represent the Fade Lab brand with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For





- Minimum 2+ years barbering experience preferred

- Solid skills in fades, skin fades and modern men’s styles

- Confident with clippers, scissors and beard grooming

- Solid attention to detail

- Friendly, reliable and well-presented

- Great communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A genuine passion for barbering and developing your skills
