Site Manager
Lead the Site. Drive the Programme. Deliver the Outcome.
Coverite Projects is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial construction projects across the Education, Government, Community and Private sectors.
You'll take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest standards of quality.
About You
You are a proactive leader who thrives on accountability, builds robust relationships, and takes pride in running an organised, safe and productive site.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate all day-to-day site activities.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Drive site safety and compliance.
- Maintain programme, quality and productivity targets.
- Resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
- Work closely with Project Managers, consultants and clients.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting through Procore.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction.
- Experience delivering projects valued between $1M-$5M+.
- Strong knowledge of construction, WHS and quality requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Procore experience is essential.
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent experience).
- Australian working rights.
