ATG Dev is a third-generation private organisation that owns, develops and manages a diversified property portfolio and forms part of the wider ATG Group of companies. Based in Brisbane, the group's main focus is identifying, developing & delivering quality commercial projects for nationally branded tenants across Australia. With a hands-on approach across the full development lifecycle our team works from acquisition and feasibility through design, approvals, construction and project completion.

We take a commercially focused and collaborative approach to development, working closely with consultants, contractors, our in house build team & key stakeholders to deliver considered, high-quality project outcomes.

About the Role

ATG Dev is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of commercial development projects from early feasibility and design through construction, settlement and close-out.

This is a senior, hands-on role with a strong focus on project delivery. You will work closely with Directors, consultants and construction teams to ensure projects are commercially sound, well-designed and successfully delivered.

What You'll Do

- Lead the delivery phase of development projects, from early feasibility and design through construction, settlement and close-out.

- Assist with site acquisition, feasibility assessments and investment papers for new development opportunities.

- Lead the design process, including consultant engagement, design development, documentation and coordination through construction.

- Manage planning, statutory approvals and authority requirements, working with architects, planners, engineers and other specialist consultants.





- Monitor project budgets, programs, cashflows and financial performance, providing regular reporting to Directors.

- Work closely with procurement and construction teams to ensure design outcomes support cost, programme and delivery certainty.

- Oversee project delivery in partnership with construction teams, including contractor negotiation, engagement and performance.

- Manage RFIs, variations, defects and project close-out, through to final account.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities throughout the development lifecycle.

- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to Development Managers and broader team members.

What You'll Bring

- 10+ years' experience in development, development management or a similar senior property role.

- A proven track record delivering complex commercial development projects.

- Strong project delivery and construction knowledge, with the ability to drive projects from design through to completion.

- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with development feasibility models, budgets and cashflows.

- Demonstrated experience managing consultants, contractors and key stakeholders across the full project lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of design management, planning and statutory approval processes.





- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing team members.

- Strong negotiation, reporting and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency with relevant construction and development systems and software.

- A structured, proactive and detail-oriented approach to project delivery.

You are an experienced development professional who understands what it takes to move a project from an opportunity on paper through to a successfully completed development.

You combine commercial thinking with strong delivery capability and are comfortable working across feasibility, design, approvals, construction and financial performance. You enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and working closely with both development and construction teams to achieve the best project outcome.
