What you’ll do

- Lead and develop a team of workforce planners, driving performance, coaching and capability
- Own labour planning end-to-end – reviewing performance and building forecasts that deliver to budget
- Partner with DC Operations Managers and supply chain stakeholders to embed best-practice planning
- Shape your team's evolution as new systems and optimised ways of working are introduced
- Deliver reporting and analysis that informs national workforce strategy and surfaces improvement opportunities.
- Support our workforce planning function across our NSW & SA Distribution Centres: Erskine Park, Moorebank, Hoxton Park, Minchinbury, Wyong and Adelaide.
- Attend all duties required of a team planner on site as coverage for any leave absences or distribution centre volume demand.

What you’ll bring

- Workforce planning background in a high-volume shift/rostering environment — e.g. retail, airline, supply chain, healthcare
- A self-starter mindset – proactive and comfortable driving outcomes independently
- Proven people leadership – coaching and developing a team through optimisation and change
- Strong, adaptable relationship-building skills – the confidence to be a go-to contact for operational, labour-hire, union and team-level queries




- Agility to balance daily operational demands alongside stakeholder engagement and team leadership
