IronMerge are seeking Experienced FIFO Administrators to support our clients village operations around Western Australia. Flying from Perth airport, these roles are casual and can vary from short term leave cover to ongoing 2:1 rosters.
The Successful Applicant Will Require:
- Minimum 3-6 months recent FIFO Administrative experience in an Australian Mining Village using systems such as INX, SAMS, SAP
- Flexible to work within different Utility work if required – if you only do Admin, these are not the roles for you as some swings will be shared departments throughout the day
- Experience using systems such as INX, SAMS, SAP
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ability to handle pressure and complaints from residents where required
- Daily reporting and support of the cleaning, retail and housekeeping functions onsite
- Experience working in the travel and accommodation industry is highly regarded
- Unlimited Australian working rights with no restrictions
- Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Reside in W.A and able to fly from Perth Airport - Interstate & International applicants not supported at this time.

- $43-45 hr + applicable allowances and public holiday rates
- Weekly pays on Thursday

- Early starts (3 or 4am) are likely and sometimes split shifts
