Who we’re looking for?

- Demonstrated experience in commercial property, ideally within tenant representation, occupier advisory, industrial leasing or a related environment.

- Strong understanding of commercial leasing transactions and negotiation processes.

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advice with a high degree of autonomy.

- A client-centric mindset with a genuine interest in understanding occupier needs and business drivers.

- Solid commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for clients.

- Current Agent's Representative Certificate and a valid driver's licence.

- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Commerce or Finance are advantageous but not essential.

The role

As a Senior Consultant within our growing Tenant Representation Industrial platform, you will play a key role in advising industrial occupiers on their property requirements across Victoria and nationally. Working alongside experienced industry leaders, you'll lead and support complex leasing transactions, provide strategic property advice and help clients navigate critical property decisions that impact their operations, workforce and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with occupier clients to understand their business objectives, operational requirements and property needs.

- Develop and deliver tailored industrial property strategies aligned to client growth and performance goals.





- Manage tenant representation transactions from brief through to negotiation, execution and implementation.

- Lead or support lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, pre-lease commitments and complex transaction structures.

- Build trusted client relationships through proactive advice and exceptional service delivery.

- Collaborate with legal advisers, project teams and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless transaction outcomes.

- Contribute to business development activities including proposals, presentations, client meetings and market engagement.

- Work closely with colleagues nationally to support multi-market client requirements and portfolio projects.
