We're seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Operators to support TMR culvert and civil infrastructure works in the Clermont region. You'll be working across key civil construction activities including culvert installation, drainage works, earthworks, and general civil labouring. Project commencement is scheduled for next week with a strong pipeline of secured work ramping up over the next 2–4 weeks.
Key responsibilities
- Culvert installation and construction
- Drainage works
- Earthworks
- General civil labouring
- Operating plant including Excavator, Backhoe, Skid Steer, Loader, and Roller
- Machinery spotting
- Working safely within TMR standards
About you
- Previous civil construction experience
- Experience with culverts, drainage, or road construction
- Current Construction White Card
- Relevant plant tickets for operator roles
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks if required
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on outdoor workplace
- Dependable, punctual, and available for immediate start
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Willingness to work a 10:4 roster (Travel in work time)
- Candidates from Rockhampton or Mackay would be ideal for DIDO (Travel in work time)
