A day in the life of a Chef
Join our Perth team as a full time Chef (Asian Cuisine) and play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-flight dining experience for some of the world’s leading 5-star airlines. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparation and production of traditional Asian style cuisines for Economy, Business class and First class passengers.
- Working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
- Conducting quality checks and upholding all food safety, safety, and hygiene policies, including HACCP.
- Coordinating catering staff and other team members to deliver to production schedules.
- Demonstrating basic computer skills for administrative tasks.

About You

- Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks, incl. National Police Check and medical assessment.




- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) or Australian Chef Skill Assessment
- Experience in modern and traditional styles of Japanese, Malay, Chinese, Thai or Singaporean cuisine highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.
- Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays) and to stand for extended periods.
- Food hygiene and HACCP knowledge (desirable).
