Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor, to join our Service Department located at Lilydale.

As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, your main responsibilities will include:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Book and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairs
- Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives

Skills & Experience:

- Customer service experience
- Previous experience as a service advisor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound computer skills




- Solid technical knowledge / understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
- Current National Police Certificate, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
