Miu Miu Chadstone is looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join their team!
As Client Advisor:
- You will be client-centric, building relationships with new clients whilst continuing to strengthen the existing database
- You will manage all client expectations and always uphold a genuine yet skilled attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA group
- You will work with the team to drive store operational activities, including back of house, stock, VM or reporting
- You will take a proactive approach in upskilling yourself and your team on product and brand knowledge
- You have strong sales experience within high end or luxury retail, and understand how to drive retail KPIs
- You have excellent communication skills and can confidently communicate with all clients
- You enjoy having a sales focused mindset and like to be creative in your approach to attract clients
- You have a can-do attitude with everything that you do, always thinking one step ahead
- You generate a supportive team culture, and like to collaborate with your peers
- You have a genuine interest in the brand, a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledge
- If you are a Mandarin speaker that would be highly advantageous!
