Mint Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to support an established, high-performing Sales Representative.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a genuine career in residential real estate and gain hands-on experience across the entire sales process.

You'll work closely with an experienced Sales Representative and the wider Mint team, receiving structured training, mentoring and ongoing coaching.

About the Role

Your role will focus on prospecting, lead generation, buyer engagement, home opens and relationship building.

You'll be involved in:

- Building relationships with potential buyers and sellers

- Attending and assisting with weeknight and weekend home opens across the Southern and Western Suburbs

- Prospecting calls, door knocking and letterbox dropping

- Buyer follow-up and database management

- Market research and local area prospecting

- Supporting marketing and social media activities

- Attending inspections and assisting with property access

- Learning the sales process from prospecting through to settlement

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- A solid communicator who enjoys building relationships

- Willing to work weekends

- Holds a current driver's licence and has a reliable vehicle





- Comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting to be given tasks

- Resilient and comfortable with the rejection that comes with prospecting

- Willing and able to travel across the Southern and Western Suburbs for home opens, inspections and prospecting activities

Real estate experience is advantageous but not essential. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic, ambition and willingness to learn.

You won't be sitting behind a desk all day. You'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, knocking on doors, meeting new people and putting yourself out there.
