The business has built a strong reputation with developers and subcontractors, backed by repeat clients and a secure pipeline of new projects already locked in. With three new developments coming online into next year, they’re looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team.
The Role
You’ll take genuine ownership of your projects from procurement through to handover, driving program, cost, quality, safety and commercial outcomes.
You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, developers, consultants and subcontractors — with the autonomy to run your projects while having the support and systems of an established builder behind you.
This is a role for a PM who enjoys being close to the detail, making decisions and seeing a project through from start to finish.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Tier 2 or established builder background
- Experience across multi-residential, townhouse or large-scale residential
- Solid commercial and financial understanding
- Confident leading teams and managing stakeholders
