Position Objective
This position supports the delivery of an integrated, intelligence-led and risk-based offender management capability across the Offender Management Division by implementing established governance frameworks, risk methodologies and operational models. Leads and coordinates the development and application of structured risk assessment tools and matrices to support the identification, assessment and prioritisation of high-risk offenders across multiple legislative schemes, including registrable sexual offenders,
family and domestic violence offenders subject to electronic monitoring arrangements, and offenders managed under other applicable legislative and regulatory frameworks. Provides specialist advice, analysis and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making, legislative compliance and targeted operational activity, contributing to improved community safety outcomes.
