What’s the role?
You’ll play a key part in supporting our Corporate Agribusiness team to deepen relationships and deliver great outcomes for customers across regional Queensland. The role is based in Moree with flexibility built into how you work.

Working alongside Relationship Managers, you’ll support deal structuring, prepare credit submissions and provide financial analysis across agribusiness, commercial and property clients. You’ll help identify risks, support portfolio reviews and keep relationships robust through proactive, thoughtful engagement. This is a role where you’ll build real expertise while contributing to meaningful outcomes for regional communities.

What do I need?
• Experience in banking, finance or lending with exposure to financial analysis
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and customers
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to support team outcomes
• Confidence working through complex information and making sound decisions
• Passion for agribusiness and supporting regional Australia
