We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team at our Brassall office on a full-time basis.

The Role

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a residential portfolio while being part of a collaborative and professional property management team.

Your day will be varied, with responsibilities including:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy commencement through to completion

- Building strong, long-term relationships with property owners and tenants

- Conducting routine inspections and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard

- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades while keeping owners informed

- Managing rent, arrears, lease renewals and tenancy documentation

- Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently

- Managing routine and exit inspections, bond matters and tenancy compliance

- Liaising with owners regarding property performance, maintenance and rental opportunities

- Assisting with leasing and new tenant applications when required

- Ensuring all properties are managed in accordance with Queensland legislation and industry best practice





- Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high level of communication throughout the tenancy

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and genuinely enjoys property management.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager

- Strong knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities

- The confidence to manage challenging conversations and resolve issues professionally

- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

- Experience with property management software

- A current Queensland Certificate of Registration

- A current driver's licence
