A bit about the role...

We're looking for casual Retail Chefs to join our team at Royal North Shore Hospital, bringing energy and pace to our retail food offering. This role suits someone who's come up through quick service or high-volume retail food environments and knows how to keep quality consistent when the orders don't stop coming. You'll be hands-on in the kitchen, turning out fresh, quality food for a steady stream of customers throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing...

- Preparing and cooking retail food items to a consistent standard, service after service





- Working at pace during peak periods without compromising on quality or presentation

- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout service

- Restocking and replenishing retail food displays to keep offerings fresh

- Working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly

- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards

What You Bring...

- Experience in a QSR, retail food, or fast-paced kitchen environment

- A current Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain one)

- Speed, consistency, and a good eye for presentation under pressure

- A team-first attitude and strong communication skills

- Availability to work flexibly across a casual roster, including weekdays
