HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers / Storepersons to join our client’s established logistics and warehousing operation in Derrimut.
These are full-time opportunities suited to reliable, safety-focused warehouse professionals who are confident operating a forklift and comfortable working across a busy warehouse environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation across inbound and outbound activities, including forklift operations, receiving, putaway, stock movements and general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate an LF forklift to load, unload and move stock
- Receive and check incoming stock
- Complete putaway and stock movements
- Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
- Load and unload containers and vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records using SAP WMS
- Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory control
- Ensure stock is stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained accurately
- Follow WMS processes, warehouse procedures and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse and operations teams to meet daily KPIs
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Shift Times
Rotating shifts across:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
Flexibility to work overtime when required will be highly regarded.
About YouTo be successful, you will have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience with receiving, putaway, picking and stock movements
- SAP WMS experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced warehouse environment
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
