Casual Offsider

You'll be the extra set of hands that keeps every move running smoothly – from carefully handling customer belongings to supporting the crew on the road.

Key responsibilities

- Pack and handle customer belongings with care

- Load and unload furniture and household items

- Complete paperwork and use tablets as required

- Provide skilled customer service

- Maintain clean vehicles, equipment and work areas

About you

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

- Reliable, hardworking and team-focused

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

- Good communication and customer service skills

Removalist Driver (MR)

Lead the crew by safely operating heavy vehicles, packing and loading customer belongings, and completing uplift and delivery services across residences while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Operate heavy vehicles safely and in line with compliance requirements

- Lead and support removals crews on daily jobs

- Coordinate loading, unloading and safe stowing of goods

- Complete delivery paperwork

- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the move

- Maintain vehicle checks, equipment and safety standards

About you

- Current MR licence

- Strong leadership and teamwork skills

- Safety-focused with a solid understanding of compliance responsibilities

- Reliable, organised and customer-focused

- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling

- Willingness to learn, develop and complete ongoing training





Warehouse – Container Fork Operator

This role puts you behind the wheel of our container fork, with hands-on training in smaller forklifts and furniture handling along the way. No removals experience? We'll teach you everything – this is where your career with Grace starts.

Key responsibilities

- Loading and unloading of vehicles

- Stowing and unstowing containers and storage modules

- Read and complete paperwork required, sometimes using a tablet

- Helping maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment and warehouse

About you

- LF licence is essential
