- Arranging overseas guest reservations and receptions
- Going for business trips to regional areas for potential new business growth opportunities
- Managing all perspectives of client services, including reservation, reception, housekeeping, and client feedback collection
- Supervising apartment security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Controlling the selection, training and supervision of staff
- Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
Key Requirements
- Multilingual communication skills are strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, accommodation management, or a similar field is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and handle administrative tasks.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a high standard of accommodation.
