THE OPPORTUNITY

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated Branch Manager to join our Kalgoorlie WA branch.

The Hydro-Shop Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, performance, and profitability of the Kalgoorlie Hydro-Shop branch. This includes effective leadership and management of the technician and administrative teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving sustainable sales and service growth. The role requires a hands-on leader with robust commercial acumen, customer focus, and the ability to identify, capitalise and grow the business further.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sales & Business Development - to drive company sales and growth
- Strong Team Leadership & People Management skills - to drive high performance across the team
- Service Operations experience - to drive and service technician activities, customer service levels
- Branch Administration & Reporting - ·Have the ability to manage branch budgets, P&L;, and operational KPIs




- Compliance & Workplace Safety - ·Ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies

ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in hydraulic systems, hose and fitting or fluid handling products in a sales, technical or support role
- The ability to understand sales targets and application to achieve
- SAGE or similar ERP system knowledge preferred
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook
- Trade qualification or business management background (desirable).
- Relevant leadership or supervisory training.
- Valid driver’s license.
