What you'll do

- Meet with clients to understand their lending needs and goals

- Research and recommend suitable home loan and finance solutions

- Manage applications from initial enquiry through to settlement

- Build strong relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners

- Develop and grow your own client base and referral network

- Deliver an outstanding client experience that generates repeat and referral business

- Maintain high standards of compliance and responsible lending





- Proactively build and grow your mortgage broking business

What we're looking for

- Experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services

- Robust relationship-building and communication skills

- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals

- Commercial drive and an entrepreneurial mindset

- Self-motivation and a desire to build something of your own

- Relevant mortgage broking qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
