? About the Role

As our Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers, technicians and Parts team.

You'll manage the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection, ensuring customers understand what their vehicle needs, what work is being carried out and when their vehicle will be ready.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and providing outstanding customer service.

- Listening to customers and accurately understanding their vehicle concerns.

- Booking and coordinating servicing and repairs.

- Preparing quotes and repair orders.

- Communicating with technicians and Parts to keep jobs moving.





- Explaining technical repairs and recommendations in a way customers can easily understand.

- Keeping customers regularly updated throughout the repair process.

- Identifying additional maintenance and repair opportunities.

- Managing warranty claims and documentation.

- Finalising repair orders, invoices and payments.

- Helping the workshop operate efficiently and achieve excellent customer outcomes.

? About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised, personable and passionate about the automotive industry.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-facing role.

- Valuable automotive and mechanical knowledge.

- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

- The ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- Experience with quoting, repair orders and invoicing.

- An understanding of warranty processes and workshop operations.

- Experience with Auto-IT or similar automotive management software.

- The ability to remain calm, positive and organised in a busy workshop environment.

- A genuine desire to provide customers with an outstanding experience.

A mechanical trade background is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in the right person who has the attitude, customer service skills and willingness to learn.
