Buyer Support Associate

Placed Australia is proud to be partnering with a growing Buyers Agency to recruit a Buyer Support Associate.

Working alongside an experienced team of Buyers Agents, you'll play an integral role in identifying prospective clients, building relationships and booking high-quality appointments that help buyers take the next step in their property journey.

The Opportunity

This is a phone-based role where you'll work from warm buyer enquiry lists and open home databases, contacting prospective buyers to understand their current property goals and determine whether the Buyers Agency service is the right fit for them.

You'll be responsible for creating a positive first impression, building rapport quickly and booking qualified appointments for the Buyers Agents. Success in the role is measured by the quality of appointments you generate and the number that convert into signed clients.

Expect to make between 100–200 outbound calls per full day, using Zoho CRM to manage your pipeline, record conversations, and schedule follow-up activity for the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact buyers from warm enquiry and open home databases

- Build rapport and understand each buyer's property goals

- Qualify prospective clients and identify suitable opportunities

- Book appointments for the Buyers Agents

- Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks within Zoho CRM

- Nurture buyer relationships through consistent communication

- Work closely with the Buyers Agents to maximise conversion opportunities

- Contribute to individual and team appointment targets

About You





We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people and knows how to build trust over the phone.

Real estate experience is highly regarded, particularly in sales administration, inside sales, buyer management, property management or customer-facing real estate roles.

You'll also bring:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls

- A positive, resilient and results-driven attitude

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- High attention to detail and experience using CRM systems (doesn’t have to be Zoho, this can be trained during onboarding)

- A genuine interest in property and helping people achieve their goals
