About you
Your sensitivity in answering enquiries from clients and greeting visitors brings real personal satisfaction when you see the smile on their face or hear the gratitude in their voice. Your passion for excellence in customer service will be highly regarded along with your strong administration skills assisting the Home and Community Services Manager with processing of accounts and payments and ensuring quality and compliance in office administration.

What you will bring:
- In-depth knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite including o Intermediate level Word including working knowledge of mail merge facility o Sound knowledge of Excel o Sound knowledge of Outlook o Sound knowledge of back up procedures.
- A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with a high level of accuracy
- Empathy with older people
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Willingness to adapt to change.
- Multi-tasking aptitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to reconcile daily money received and preparation of moneys for banking.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member of Community Services
- Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines.
- Ability to work in a confidential manner.
- Professional telephone communication and customer services skills
- Use of databases
- Experienced in providing clerical support services
- Experienced in performing reception duties
