We’re looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support day‑to‑day operations at a premium commercial building in Melbourne’s CBD. If you enjoy fast‑paced work, strong stakeholder engagement, and keeping facilities running smoothly, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate daily facilities operations across hard and soft services

- Maintain asset registers and support lifecycle planning

- Assist with contractor coordination, compliance checks and accreditation

- Support WHS, environmental and quality processes

- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and defect works

- Track KPIs, customer satisfaction and audit documentation

- Assist with budget tracking for consumables and minor works

What you’ll bring

- Experience in facilities coordination or administration

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly

- Understanding of WHS,



ISO standards and compliance requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FM systems

- Certificate/Diploma in Facilities Management (preferred)
