Pool Masters Noosa is looking for a motivated and reliable Pool Technician to join our team in Noosaville.

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have a friendly, customer-focused attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.

About the Role:

As a Pool Technician, you'll be responsible for:

- Servicing and maintaining residential and commercial pools

- Water testing and chemical balancing

- Identifying equipment faults and reporting them to management

- Recording job information using our mobile app (full training provided)

- Following daily service schedules and completing jobs efficiently

- Maintaining a clean and organised work vehicle

- Handling and storing pool chemicals safely

- Work safely and follow workplace health and safety procedures

- Providing friendly and professional customer service

- Driving safely and courteously between customer sites

- Representing PoolMasters Noosa professionally at all times

- Keeping accurate service records and notes

- Reporting customer concerns or requests to management

- Working independently while maintaining communication with the office

What We're Looking For:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Good communication skills

- Reliable and punctual

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

- Respectful of customers, their property, and company equipment





- Ability to work independently and manage your appointed daily schedule

- Current manual driver's licence

- Ability to confidently use a smartphone for calls, photos, and our service app

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

- Willingness to undergo a police check

- Looking for a long-term position, not just seasonal work

- Must have unrestricted and ongoing legal working rights in Australia

Availability Requirements

Our busiest period runs from September through to March, so successful applicants must be available during this period. The business closes over the Christmas break, although work is available for those who wish to work during this time.

While rare, you may be required to work the occasional Saturday or Sunday during peak periods. Weekend work is paid in accordance with applicable award rates.

We are closed on public holidays.
