About the job

Shape and deliver exceptional donor experiences across Orygen’s philanthropic programs, ensuring every supporter feels connected to the impact of their giving. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships, you’ll drive donor engagement, communications and community giving to inspire lasting support.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships you will:

- Create exceptional donor experiences by designing and delivering engaging supporter journeys that build lasting connections across all giving programs.
- Lead donor communications and fundraising appeals, crafting impactful campaigns, updates and stewardship touchpoints that inspire ongoing support.
- Strengthen major donor relationships through tailored stewardship, meaningful impact reporting and high-quality engagement with key philanthropic partners.
- Grow and nurture community giving, ensuring every donor feels valued while identifying new opportunities to expand support and participation.
- Leverage CRM insights and donor data to drive engagement, improve reporting, and enhance the effectiveness of fundraising and stewardship activities.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications,



fundraising or a related area is preferrable.
- Proven experience in donor stewardship, supporter engagement or relationship fundraising, with a track record of building meaningful and lasting donor relationships.
- Robust communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into compelling donor communications, impact reports and fundraising campaigns.
- Experience managing donor programs and community giving initiatives, including appeals, regular giving, major donor stewardship and supporter engagement activities.
- Highly organised and relationship-focused, with strong CRM and data management skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with excellent attention to detail.
