As a result, we're looking for a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in supporting our contractors, clients and internal teams.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role that will see you working closely with our operational teams to ensure our contractors remain compliant, our clients are supported, and our safety standards continue to evolve as the business grows.
You'll spend time both in the office and out in the field, building relationships with clients and conducting assessments across a variety of construction, mining and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Site Assessments and Company Assessments across client sites
- Review and maintain contractor compliance documentation
- Support onboarding and compliance processes for new contractors
- Assist with the implementation of safety initiatives and risk mitigation measures
- Maintain accurate records and compliance reporting
- Work closely with operational leaders, consultants and clients
- Support incident management processes when required
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline safety and compliance processes
About You
We're open to a variety of backgrounds and encourage applications from people who have experience in:
- WHS / Safety Administration
- Safety Coordination
- Labour Hire or Recruitment
- Construction, Mining or Industrial environments
- Site-based supervisory or operational roles
Most importantly, you'll be organised, proactive, confident communicating with stakeholders and passionate about creating safe workplaces.
