Role Description
At SEM Windows (NSW) Pty Ltd, we manufacture high-quality aluminum residential and commercial windows. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer service & Office Support Officer to ensure smooth daily operations and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Processing orders and ensuring accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinating with installation teams and managing service appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and product issues.
- Conducting follow-ups with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous roles in customer service or administration within the construction or manufacturing sectors, particularly in windows and doors.
- Familiarity with aluminum window and door products, including specifications,
installation processes, and industry standards.
- Strong communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications related to aluminium products.
- Working closely with installation/service teams, sales and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues related to product performance, installation, or service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other software relevant to the industry.
