We work across apartments complexes and small commercial projects. We've got 12 months of work locked in — including a couple of seriously valuable-sized projects — and we need someone who can take the reins on one of them while the owner looks after the rest of the business.

What you'll be doing:

- Running the site — managing up to 5 plumbers and apprentices, keeping quality and safety front and centre

- Calling the shots on materials, sequencing and problem-solving in real time

- Coaching your crew — sharing knowledge, giving weekly feedback,



building a team that wants to turn up

- Working hand-in-hand with the builder to hit milestones

- Getting hands-on when it counts — this isn't a desk job

What you bring:

- Certificate III in Plumbing & Services, White Card, 8+ years' experience

- Solid hydraulic knowledge and a good handle on labour and works planning

- Leadership people actually want to follow

- Good values, hard work ethic, and a positive attitude that lifts everyone around you

- Sharp communication and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing your cool
