THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an creative and student-centred Secondary Teacher of Digital Technologies to join our College from 2027.

This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver engaging and contemporary learning experiences that develop students’ computational thinking, digital literacy, creativity and problem-solving skills.

ABOUT YOU

The successful applicant will have strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum: Digital Technologies and the QCAA Senior Digital Solutions syllabus, and the ability to create practical, project-based learning experiences. Experience teaching coding and application development using platforms and languages such as C#, Python, MySQL, PHP, Xcode, SwiftUI and Swift are highly desirable.

Experience with robotics (FLL or FTC) or emerging technologies would be advantageous.

Applicants must hold, or be eligible to hold, current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
