Nowra Dentists is looking for a Full-Time Dentist to join our established and growing practice in the beautiful Shoalhaven region.

We are looking for someone who can commence in November or December 2026.

A Practice Where You Can Grow

At Nowra Dentists, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of general dentistry while developing your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Our established patient base means you can hit the ground running, while still having the opportunity to build your own long-term patient relationships.





We’re passionate about providing high-quality dentistry and giving our clinicians the tools, technology and support to do their best work.

Our technology includes:

- TRIOS 3 3D intraoral scanner

- Digital X-rays

- Rotary endodontics

- DSLR dental photography

- Modern clinical equipment and systems

You’ll also have the opportunity to work across a broad range of treatments, including:

- General dentistry

- Cosmetic dentistry

- Crowns and veneers

- Implants, including single units through to full-arch cases

- Root canal therapy

- Simple and surgical extractions

- Complex treatment planning

The Prospect

This is a Full-Time Dentist position based primarily at Nowra Dentists.

For the right candidate, there may also be the prospect to work across our Jervis Bay Smiles practice in Vincentia, giving you the chance to experience another established South Coast practice and work with an additional patient community.

What we’re looking for:





- AHPRA registration with full working rights in Australia

- A confident and capable general dentist

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A genuine commitment to patient care

- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team

- A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges

- 2+ years' experience preferred, however motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
