Tracked Excavator Operators – Cootamundra, NSW
East to West Plant Hire is seeking experienced Tracked Excavator Operators to join a major regional NSW project in Cootamundra, approximately 4 hours from Sydney.
The Role
- Operate 14T–40T tracked excavators
- GPS machine control experience required
- General civil, earthworks and plant operation duties
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Work on a regional project with the flexibility to choose a suitable roster
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off
- 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Other roster arrangements may be considered
You can also stay on site for extended periods if preferred.
Pay & Conditions
- $45 per hour base rate
- $10 per hour Living Away From Home Allowance
- 7.6 hours ordinary time
- Time and a half after ordinary hours
- Saturday: First 5 hours at time and a half, then double time
- Sunday: Double time
- Paid travel to and from site
- Camp accommodation provided
- All food provided
- Accommodation and meals are fully covered while you're on site
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating 14T–40T excavators
- GPS experience
- Civil, earthworks or similar project experience
- Relevant tickets/licences
- Strong safety awareness
- Reliable and able to work away from home
- Ability to work versatile rosters
