About the Role
You'll be:
- Running live campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and SEO - not watching someone else run them
- Pulling apart performance data until you find the lever that actually moves the needle
- Testing constantly - audiences, creative angles, bidding strategies - and killing what doesn't work fast
- Feeding clients insight that changes decisions, not just updates calendars
- Teaming up with our in-house creative and content teams to make campaigns hit harder
- Staying ahead of platform changes before they catch everyone else off guard
- Juggling multiple client priorities at once without dropping the ball on any of them
- Owning the outcome - good or bad - and earning more rope with clients as you prove you can hold it
About You
- You've worked agency-side and you know the game - multiple clients, shifting priorities, no two days the same
- You've run PPC and you're done waiting for someone to hand you more
- You read performance data and make calls, not just observations
- You can stand in front of a client and say the hard thing, not just the comfortable one
- You're confident keeping several plates spinning at once without losing momentum on any of them
- You're chasing a ceiling that keeps moving - because the agency around you is moving too
- Must be Brisbane based
