We are searching for an experienced, dynamic & motivated Key Account Manager On Premise and Off Premise to further seed and drive core strategic business relations within the domestic and fine wine space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maximize sustainable revenue and profit of customer partners in the On Premise & Fine Wine channel(s) through:

Building and growing strong partnerships across all external and internal customer functions

Executing brilliantly the sales strategy with all customers in the region, aligned to the Company’s business and brand strategies

- Design, negotiate and implement a strategic sales/account plan that ensures a strong presence of brands within both existing and new business partners





- Develop & manage growth plans to effectively achieve volume, profit and share outcomes

- Lead pre and post investment evaluation within the customer, sharing learnings and evaluate return on investment

- Preparing & presenting regular business reviews and recommendations for portfolio growth

- Developing & managing programs and execute appropriate pricing strategies

- Measuring ROI and customer efficiency/effectiveness

- Managing investment within trading terms and budget

- Being the key contact for all enquiries, internal and external, relevant within responsible universe

- Leverage, influence and guide all relevant parties to positively impact customer performance

- Formulating action plans as required to reflect changes in market, retailer and/or consumer dynamics to ensure performance objectives are being met

- Work closely across HoFW/CFWG teams to lead and deliver compelling plans within a designated customer group

- Maintain an effective pricing strategy that is within guidelines and is meritoriously driving mutual growth ambitions

- New business development through proactive engagement

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in a sales role within the wine industry with proven track record managing On Premise and Off Premise groups.

- Demonstrated Strong knowledge of On-Premise trading environment and key stakeholder engagement e.g. Sommeliers, Food & Beverage Managers etc.





- Highly developed presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication ability.

- Strong market analytical, commercial and financial acumen.

- Be a self-starter who learns, adapts and thrives in a fast-paced setting, with the ability to work unsupervised.

- Ability to communicate at a high level regarding both domestic and international portfolio’s

- WSET 2 qualification or similar

- A communicative and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders both externally and internally.

- Demonstrate a proven track record in consistently setting, meeting and exceeding sales targets, underpinned with a win-win outlook.

- Demonstrate positive energy and ‘can-do’ attitude with a drive and desire to always do the best.

- Possess solid personal values, including high integrity, reliability and excellence.

- Demonstrate vital networking and communication skills in a variety of settings, focused on nurturing long-term relationships

- Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
