IronMerge People are currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join leading Tier 1 production mining operations across Western Australia. These roles offer long-term, ongoing opportunities with robust earning potential and the possibility of permanent employment.

Equipment Experience Required

We are looking for operators with gold production experience on one or more of the following:

- Excavators
- Dozers
- Graders
- Loaders
- Dump Trucks

About the Role

You will be working within high-performing production teams on established mine sites within Western Australia, operating heavy mobile plant equipment in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Recent experience in gold production essential




- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Unlimited Australian working rights
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Valid Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Must currently reside in Western Australia (international applicants not supported)
