East West Contracting is a growing, family-owned asphalt contracting business based on the Sunshine Coast. With a number of newly won contracts, we are now seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our growing asphalt crew. Delivering commercial and private asphalt paving, road maintenance, car parks, footpaths, and asphalt repairs across the Sunshine Coast, we are offering a continuous pipeline of work, well above award wages and the prospect to work locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- General labouring and site preparation
- Raking, shoveling and hand finishing asphalt
- Operating small plant and equipment (where ticketed)
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work site
- Working as part of a professional asphalt crew
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- A solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Be reliable,
punctual and able to work in a team environment
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence (MR/HR licence advantageous)
- Previous asphalt or civil construction experience
