We're seeking 2 experienced Organisational Change Managers to support major ICT and digital transformation initiatives within a Federal Government setting.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end organisational change for ICT/digital transformation programs
- Strong skills in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness planning
- Experience applying structured OCM methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive successful business adoption
- Government or large enterprise experience highly regarded
Location: Canberra, ACT (5 days onsite – remote candidates cannot be considered)
