Northern Health is offering a two-year Graduate Social Work/Occupational Therapy Allied Health Early Career Program within the Mental Health Division. The program provides intensive orientation, regular supervision, reflective practice, and targeted career development across two clinical settings.

Graduate clinicians rotate through community and bed-based settings (starting at Mernda Community Mental Health), gaining experience and meeting Victorian Graduate Key Competencies.
