Contract: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (double day shift)
Optional Overtime: Saturday mornings
About the Role
Sidoli, a leading luxury dessert manufacturer on the Powys/Shropshire border, is expanding its well‑established Maintenance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with either an electrical or mechanical maintenance background.
The role is wide-ranging and hands‑on, involving both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of machinery. You’ll need to work on your own initiative, follow set guidelines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
What Sidoli Is Looking For
- Level 2 Engineering qualification (minimum)
- Self‑motivated with strong communication skills
- Proactive, flexible and able to problem‑solve
- Strong personality with a “get things done” attitude
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
