About the role
As an Enrolled Nurse with Sidekicker, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents across a range of aged care settings.
You'll work alongside Registered Nurses and multi-disciplinary teams to support residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life, while ensuring care is delivered safely and professionally.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care in line with care plans and clinical requirements
- Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes in condition
- Administering medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and broader care teams
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Contributing to a safe,
respectful and positive care environment

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current influenza vaccination
