Our Kitchen Hands play an essential role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly through food preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork. If you enjoy hands‑on work, taking pride in a job well done, and contributing behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

- Maintaining cleanliness across all food preparation areas, equipment, and appliances
- Assisting with the unloading, organisation, and storage of deliveries
- Preparing food and supplies for daily trade and helping organise transport to outlets when required
- Supporting the team with end‑of‑day cleaning and closing procedures

What You'll Bring

- Required - Food Safety Certificate (completed in the last two years) - For the state you will be working in - See - Do Food Safely (VIC Resorts) or Do Food Safely (NSW Resorts)
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment
- Confidence juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure when needed
- Transparent communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (highly regarded,



but not essential)
