Wakefield Day Opportunities is recruiting self-motivated and enthusiastic people to work in our Day Opportunities service across the Wakefield district. You would work regularly at one base, but must be able to work across the district and transport individuals to activities.
Responsibilities include supporting individuals with personal care, meeting needs per support plans, and providing meaningful activities to promote independence. Salary from £18,849.30 to £19,775.46 per year, pro rata.
