Experienced Receptionist for Specialist Dental Practice

We are seeking an experienced dental receptionist to join our busyspecialist dental practice located in Brisbane CBD, position is full time, no weekends or late nights required, 4 days a week.

You will be the face of our practice and the first point of call for scheduling appointments, taking payments and attending the queries of our patients.

Essential Criteria for this role:

- Minimum 1year of experience as a dental receptionist
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Passion for patient care
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Excellent time management

Requirements:

Knowledge of Exact Dental Software

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and word processing





Highly developed written and oral communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and book appointments

Greet patients and visitors to the practice

Attend e-mails from new and existing patients

Follow up on enquiries from new and existing patients

Liaise with all practice staff to ensure smooth work flow

Operate HICAPS and EFTPOS machine and complete billing and invoicing

CRM Management

Assist with maintenance and general tidiness of reception and waiting room areas

Assist with clinical duties may be required
