Life Without Barriers is hiring a Therapeutic Youth Worker (Residential) in Orange to support young people aged 12–17 who have experienced trauma or neglect. You will work with a dedicated team to create a secure, homelike environment that fosters independence and positive relationships.

The role requires a Diploma in Community Services or willingness to complete it, First Aid, a valid driver's licence, and experience in residential care or with disability support.
