Aruma is seeking a casual Support Worker in Wodonga to provide individualized, person-centred support to adults, young people, and children with disability and complex needs. You will work with participants, families and community networks to promote dignity, independence and inclusion.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, household tasks, and implementing individual support plans while maintaining safety and documentation.
